Yes. If you use physical shield your hit multiplier doesn't drop if you happen to get hit. It's not the preferred way to get lots of experience, but it works consistently.

What do you mean "not the preferred way"? Is there a better way than that(besides using the Hero Save glitch in the Arena quest)?

The prefered way would be to just edit a save and have as much as you wanted. There is a trainer you can use (assuming a modified xbox, the right dash, etc) that will give you all of that. Although I never use it. I like to "work" for the experience.

Im assuming that all this is on xbox only? Can you do this on a computer any easier?

The game only runs on the xbox. The trainer runs on the xbox if you have an EvoX dash. And there is no game save editor for Fable.
